Identifying on Equal Terms
Since 2007, TERRITORY has been realizing Deutsche Telekom’s award-winning employee magazine “you and me.” The magazine has pursued an unusual concept from the very start: bringing companies and employees together on equal terms. After ten successful years, we raised the challenging question together with Telekom: Do employees in this digital age still want a print magazine? As it turns out, they do! The “you and me Quarterly” has been published quarterly on a subscription basis since 2017; and over 18,000 employees have already subscribed to the magazine. Between issues, the editorial staff maintains contact with the community via the “you and me Quartier” on the social intranet, where readers can find additional articles and discuss them. This provides Deutsche Telekom employees with the opportunity to address their concerns openly, learn about products and trends, and identify with cultural changes.
