Full-Service Media

We support our clients from analysis to invoicing. Together we first define the campaign goals. We develop a market and competition analysis, define the media target groups and derive the media usage from this. Only then do we develop a suitable media strategy.

We take care of the operational implementation of the media campaign and take over the selection and planning of relevant media. We buy the media services efficiently and at top conditions – and of course break them down clearly. All offline and online measures are synchronised and continuously optimised according to tracking and our clients’ specifications. Monthly reports based on our clients’ KPIs make the media campaigns transparent at all times.

Understanding the target group

When planning all media measures, we take into account consumer and shopping behaviour, which is changing dynamically due to increasingly digital media use. To analyse and forecast consumer behaviour, we draw on extensive internal and external data pools and consistently link first party, second party and third party data. Based on our comprehensive analyses, we select, budget and forecast the performance of the individual media across all customer touchpoints.

Every media strategy is tailor-made. For our clients’ campaigns, all target group-relevant channels are coordinated along the purchase decision process. This allows us to develop media strategies that are based on our clients’ communication strategy and fit the positioning of their brands. In our campaigns, classic and digital channels are optimally synchronised across all relevant customer touchpoints and optimised through performance tracking in real time to achieve maximum impact – internationally, nationally and regionally.
