Customer Support Agent/ Social Media (m/f/d)

For our new Budapest based team we are seeking a talented and seasoned full time Customer Support Agent/ Social Media (m/f/d) with inspirational spark, ambition and a deep expertise in social media. To start a.s.a.p.

Your duties

  • Operative supervision/customer support of social media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and Twitter) for top international brands
  • Management of issue-related processes
  • Analysis, monitoring and continuous optimization of customer support processes
  • Close collaboration with social concepters (social media managers) and customer support department on client side for reportings on social media activities incl. customer support (e.g. reaction times etc)
  • Collaborating with other teams for a premium German automotive brand
  • Community management on the given social media channels

Your profile

  • You are well-versed in customer service and able to convince us that you also have the ability to show your skills online
  • You would like to work full-time with all your power or rather commit to a part-time job (also welcome in parallel with studies or rejoining the workforce after parental leave)
  • You are well-connected, have a presence on all important social media platforms (good knowledge of Sprinklr or a similar social media management tool is an advantage, but not a must) and possess great know-how in the field of marketing or communication
  • You are on expert level when it comes to online research
  • Deep understanding and interest of the automotive industry
  • You have excellent communication and presentation German, and very good English
  • You are also able to work with great concentration even in stressful situations
  • You are prepared to take on weekends, and bank holiday shifts, within a three shift schedule
