Your Tasks Will Be
- Taking charge of and responsibility for all production steps, from the first concept presentation until broadcast
- Researches and negotiates with suppliers, talent agents and music publishers
- Gets legal approvals (contracts, spokespersons, copyrights)
- Ensures the strategic, budgetary, technical and artistic planning of projects
- Develops production calendars and manages schedules
- Leading the creative vision in selecting suppliers who will participate in the production
- Acts as the go-to person for other producers in the company and supports development efforts
- Ensures project billing and closing (including production notes)
- Evaluates talent fees and supervises talent use on set or in studio
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in an agency or production company
- Strong understanding of the creative process
- Creativity in conception and implementation of content for digital media
- A look for current style and a good sense of tonality, as well as understanding of high quality storytelling
- A strong affinity to the automotive sector
- A high resilience and stress resistance
- Organizational and communication skills and distinctive project management skills
- Fluent in English communication and presentation skills; German would be an additional benefit
